The 9-Hole Peg Test is a timed assessment of fine motor dexterity commonly used by occupational and physical therapists to evaluate finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination. The test requires a small board or tray and nine pegs; the participant places and then removes the pegs as quickly as possible while timing is recorded.

This printable includes the tray and peg models suitable for classroom or clinic use. Adjust print settings for durability; consider PETG or ABS for frequent clinical use.
